Going back a few months with this image. It somehow passed me by, but I went back to it and processed it and really liked it in the end. This image was taken in Northern California's amazing redwood forest. I was attracted to the contrast between the dark trees and vibrant greens, as well as the shapes of the fern in the foreground. During my processing, I accidentally flipped the image upside down, but thought to myself that the fern looked like the blades of a windmill. I reverted back to the original format since I don't think the other would work.

Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park, California.

i really like the way how you combined the radial lines in the bottom half with the vertical lines in the top half. the subtle green tones are also very pleasing to my eyes ;)

I don't really think of a windmill lookinat the form of the fern, but I think more of a fan or a Native American Chief's headdress, like it.
