I was tempted to call this "light playground II", but I figured the view wasn't similar. However, this is the exact vantage point I shot my image "Light Playground". I can say over and over that there is no place like this where you can see the light play so many tricks with the landscape. This is mother natures canvas, and she paints some beautiful scenes for us to appreciate. The angle of the light here was just perfect, and to see this ridge glow like this was special. It goes without saying that my trip to the north rim of the grand canyon earlier this year brought some of the most dramatic and unique light I have been able to see. I still have many many more from this magical weekend to share believe it or not.
