Mono mesa arch

Playing around with some processing techniques and panoramic images I came across a series of frames from mesa arch I shot last summer in Canyonlands national park. The sun was behind the arch itself as there was no chance for sunbeams due to extremely dusty and cloudy conditions. I decided to convert the image to black and white and boost the contrast and I ended up liking the result. This image is composed of 13 vertical images stitched together in photoshop.
